Rainfall Template Set includes a ready-to-use PSD file (4800 x 6000 px) with rainfall scene, stadium lights, foggy layer, etc. All can be customized to your preference. Also in this set, you get a library of sprays/mists & splash/splatters you can use either as overlays or as brushes. The best files were the ones used for brushes — All included.
