As mentioned previously, athletes and their families can order from the online gallery. Once the photos are uploaded, they'll be available in a password-protected gallery. I will share the link and password with the coach and/or athletic director, who will send it out to the players and parents.

Save as you go! The pricing for individual downloads is set so that the price-per-image drops as you add more. As of 2025 pricing, you can get up to TEN retouched images for $200. 

The online galleries are initially open for 30 days. After that 30 days, there will be a price increase — so be sure to get your order in asap. 

Orders are not immediately available for download once ordered. These will have to be fully edited and completed before they're uploaded for you. Turnaround time on this depends on workload and seasonal obligations. For instance, individual orders are held until all banners are completed for the school. Many times it's in the later part of August before I'm able to start working on individual orders.

If we're doing a green/gray screen shoot where the background will need to be replaced. What you see in the proof gallery is simply that... a proof. I handle the artwork on each photo individually and pair it with a background that makes sense for the player in the shot. Sometimes, it's a low angle of the field. Sometimes it's a nighttime scene under the lights. There may be some special effects thrown in like smoke / fog / rain as well. 

My main goal is to give each athlete something they can be proud to share and variety when ordering multiple images.
